Kitchen faucet Bullet Premiere 31BHPR

Can anyone tell me where I can get parts for the kitchen faucet in a 2014 31BHPR. Specifically the head itself that has the jet or spray button on the side. The button is broken and if cajoled will allow water through but as soon as the water is turned off it returns to the "niot letting water through" mode which is a little fristrating.

Thanks in advance.

You can buy some Phoenix faucet parts online, but you'd probably be better off (and cheaper) to just buy a replacement faucet of your choosing at Lowe's or Home Depot. The sink holes are the same and the fittings may directly connect or they are easily modified. Then you'd have a "reliable faucet" rather than a "plastic OEM budget faucet".....

Most times its easier to just replace the whole faucet. Standard holes so pretty much any faucet will fit. Now is your chance to put something nicer than the cheesy factory faucet in.

Looks like John beat me this time!

Been There...

We just went through this same issue this week - spray head on our pull-out faucet didn't work (first time use this year). Found that Lowes/Home Depot don't carry the parts. Dealer looked up the faucet (by VIN) and they can't get individual parts for it. A replacement faucet (complete assembly) was $79.00 from Keystone. We elected to replace it with a non-pullout type faucet (normal kitchen type) so that we don't have this issue in the future. We didn't use the pull-out anyway.

I was a bit surprised that the entire assembly was so cheap given that this was a 'high-end' faucet (hmmm...).

Thanks for the replies and I thought I would have to replace the whole thing but I _think_ I have found a replacement for $14.23 with Amazon Prime...

If it doesn't work then it was a fair gamble...

The fitting is the right size but the twi rubber sealing rings on the extending pipe prevent it from sliding in properly, I removed the end one and it now fits perfectly well and functions without a leak.

For reference this was the part I got.
