Suspension issues
Has anyone had issues with the leaf springs? It seems like both my passenger side leaf springs are de-arched and the trailer leans to the right. It is a 2012 passport ultra lite grand touring 3220bh. Thanks for the help.

I've read about various leaf spring issues over the years on lippert frames. Some of those springs are made in China and the steel tends to be suspect.
You can replace the springs from a place like e-trailer or you can take it up with your local spring shop... Spring shops can often do things like adjust arch, etc.

Is there an aftermarket source for non-Chinese springs? Also, I wonder what the OEM spring rate match is for different axle weight ratings? (Do 5200# axles have the same springs as 6000# axles? If not, at what axle rating is the change point?)
Probably a series of questions for Lippert...

Any spring shop can build a spring. There are also several on-line sources that will make them up as well but shipping gets real expensive. As far as the steel - much of it in the US comes through Canada but may be made in Korea by POSCO near Pusan (tho they do now have mills in India and China now since my dealings with them in 2001/2)
The 5200 pound spring is 4 leaf, the 6000 pound is 5 leaf. To know the actual spring rate, you need the steel type and dimensions for each leaf but it's safe to say that a 6000 pound axle will have 2 spring packs each capable of carrying 3000 pounds (and probably a bit more )

Thanks. Confirms my thought that a spring shop is the place to go in the event I have a problem with my SRX.

When we had our stock 3500# axles replaced (one was bent), the shop mentioned our springs were all de-arched/flat; they, along with everything else, were right at capacity ALL the time. They made new spring packs with an additional leaf so we have some headroom. It pulls so much more confidently now, with proper underpinnings. I still can't belive Keystone sold a trailer with so many components so close to their maximum capacity.
