Key pad for lippert 6 point level system

Hi guys. I have never have an issue with my level system till today. I can't get the pad to manually work the rear jacks. It will auto level fine and auto retract. But it doesn't work in any other mode. The button doesn't work. It also seems u have to press hard on all the buttons as well. Any suggestions. I'm sure the pad needs replacing?

Have you tried to put it in manual mode?

Yes. The rear button will not work in any mode. Extending or retracting. And the other buttons are touch and go.

I would first check the online support center

http://lci1.com/support-center

I can tell you I have had several issues with my six point auto leveling system and my dealer was clueless even though they had received the training. I contacted Lippert who walked me thru resetting rear sensor which corrected everything for me. Personally, I felt their tech support was awesome when I called.

On their site, is a listing of their authorized dealers who have "supposedly" been trained so you can try that as well
