I have a friend that has a Voltage Toyhauler who also loads his Goldwings and the door on that trailer doesn't have a mark on it. I don't get it, same manufacturer of the door but the quality of the door is obviously different.
Funny thing is, Keystone makes the Voltage.

My 2015 311 Impact has a crease up the middle and I have used 6 ft by 4 ft folding aluminum ramp from day one and leveled the door with 2 x6 across the rubber bumpers . I took pictures of my door today with the set up I use. I beleave there not crossed laminated . The out side door of the garage is showing a bow. I cant post pictures or i would and I have windows 8.1 and I 5 phone.

Actually Dutchmen is now Keystone. Been like that over a year. Or technically speaking "Keystone Management has absorbed oversight of Dutchmen"

The new Voltage haulers have a sticker on the side stating "Made by Keystone"

From what I understand they are made in the same factory.

Well, while my 2013 Cougar TH door hasn't had damage yet, it has the smaller door. With that came the problem that setting level, the second stage ramp wasn't long enough to ride the FLCH Full dress up without high centering it at the top. So, I extended the second stage by about 20" with 3/4" plywood and steel angle iron edges. Works great but quite a bit heavier now. So, went to the local Harbor Freight Store and purchased an 800# 110 volt electric winch. Strung a 2" iron conduit pipe along the rear wall above the door by fabricating angle iron brackets that fit into each corner to support the bar and hoist as well as support the wall seams. Single line, lifts the door up easily and still doesn't effect the usable space for the Harley or 2 TW200 Yamahas. Slick as a whistle. lol
