There have been previous posts addressing a third AC if I recall it was to put in the Garage. Issue seemed to be no prewired120 VAC power back there plus the overall limited 50 AMP Service. If I recall correctly the member installed a third AC in the garage and had run a separate power cable over the side to plug separately into another outlet on the pedestal. Suggest you try a search on AC

I installed one last year in our garage. Much easier than I thought. Fit right in the vent hole. It took better part of the day. I needed help to get it on the roof, but did the rest myself. I didn't want to have potential breaker issues so I ran the electric across the ceiling inside and down the inside wall and put a waterproof male receptacle on the outside to power with an extension cord.

We have the third ac that was installed by the dealer and it has the external plug as described. However, I have plugged it into the washer dryer plug that is also in the garage and all three ac's run off of the trailers 50 amps without issue.

I have a third A/C unit in my toyhauler. I don't don't exactly how it's wired, but my whole set'em is wired to a 3 way light switch,...that way, only two of the units can be ran at once. I got the third unit so that our dogs would be cool when traveling in the garage during the summer months.

I had a third-ac put in the garage and we had a wire run from the breaker box to the rear in order to have it run off the 120v wiring in the fiver. We then put in a three way switch and connected the washer / dryer hookup to the switch along with the third AC This was done to allow the circuit breaker for the washer to power either but not both at the same time. I put in an Attwood 15000 BTU AC / with heat strip. It draws only 10.7 amps but cools the same as 18000 BTU. It also comes with a remote control to make things easier.

We have liked it so far.
