2015 fuzion 371 gas tanks
Hello all,
I am the proud new owner of a 2015 Keystone Fuzion 371! It is my first camper and I am very excited about it! I will be fulltiming in it beginning in a month. My question ( for now ) is, which gas tank is for the generator? My red light on the control panel is blinking on E, so I put 5 gallons in the rear most fill door, and it did not change it. Not enough fuel to move the gauge? Thanks for all your help! I have learned so much already from this forum!

Well if you turn your fuel station on and it primes up you put it in the wrong tank. You can always pump it into the other tank for the generator. Regardless put some stabil in the tank with fuel. Your generator will thank you for it

5 gallons will not move the red light. Its a safety feature I guess so you fill it before you run out. Put some more in it.....the onan is nice and very quiet. I havent had to use it yet but guess its like an insurance policy. Oh and make sure its level??

FWIW I have noticed on a few newer units, the gauge system isn't the traditional float in the tank and it will take at least 1/4 tank for the gauge to move. A majority of dual tank trailers I have seen use the front one for gen but that may not be your case.

I have dual tanks on my 342 and the rear tank is for the generator. Yours of course could be different. I takes quite a bit more than 5 gallons to move the needle on either tank.

On my 325, the rear tank is for the generator. I do believe each tank have15 gallon capacities.
I left the fuel station empty and filled the generator tank and added Stabil to it as well. I ran the generator for 30 minutes under load to make sure the Stabil got into the generator too. I intend to run the generator once a month under load to keep it a happy camper.

I may be mistaken, but I have been under the impression that both tanks are 30 gallons each. Our Raptor's tanks hold about 32 gallons each when dead empty.

I thought the same thing.....the first day I brought our rig home I stopped and filled the tank for the generator which was on dead empty. It only took 15 gallons and the gauge reads full. Yet you go to The Fuzion spec on their web site and it says 2 30 gallon tanks standard.....Weird.
Copied from Keystone.

Our 360 has labels near each gas cap which has info about what each tank supplies. Generator or fueling station. Also, I found labels on the fuel tanks that indicate the tanks "volume" but not capacity. Generator tank "volume" is 18 gallons and fuel station "volume" is 30 gallons.

Fuel Tanks
I appreciate all the helpful responses! I decided to dump 10 more gallons in the rear most tank, which does have a tiny label saying its for the generator. I went in and checked the fuel gauge on the control panel and it was still blinking on "E". So I then opened up the fuel pumping station door, and that analog gauge had moved up to 1/4 tank. I pumped a 1/4 tank from the onboard fuel station into the forward most tank, went in and checked the control panel, and voila, it was registering on that gauge now. I guess I have concluded the front tank is for the generator and the rear is the auxiliary.

burnsy,
It now appears that not only are the black/gray tank decals placed on the wrong tanks, but also the fuel tanks are mismarked as well.... Way to go, Keystone LOL

Now I guess I'll be checking out my grey and black tank dump valves! SMH. They make it real easy for a noob like myself to learn about all the different systems!
