2012?

Does any one know the changes on a 2011 to a 2012 Cougar 326MKS? We ordered our 2011 326mks nearly 7 weeks ago and found out yesterday we will now be getting a 2012. This did no go well for us in the past with our previous Cougar order as they made changes we did not like.
We were getting so excited to get our new trailer; we have camping plans for next weekend and now have to repack the old 5ver with the basics to go. We were told our new Cougar will not even hit the assembly line until MAY. This makes it at the very least 11 weeks to receive our new trailer.
Any gossip of changes you may have heard are greatly appreciated.

Thanks and Happy Camping to All!

Changes

I don't know about your model, but the 327RES we just ordered will be a 2012. They took the picture of the Cougar off the side of the trailer, made the counter tops black with light colored speckles, and made the cap grey.

i would think they would have you come in and go over all the options and such again, and fill out a new order form. i wouldn't accept it if it was anything less then what i wanted, thats for sure. i wouldn't worry about leaving it sit there, your dealer wont have a hard time selling it.

I think I would contact the dealer and ask them what the differences are, and ask them to explain them so you have a full understanding to decide whether or not you like the differences. I think it stinks you have to wait that much longer because of model changes. Happy Camping, Sam

Its Been Built! 10 Weeks and still Waiting

I called Keystone and talked to the operations manager (Jeff) and he told me my trailer was built May 3rd. Since my dealer has two methods of picking up a trailer he could not tell me how the trailer will be moved and I would need to call my dealership. I called Quality RV and they did not even know the trailer had been built nor did he know if it had started moving to Minnesota yet. My salesman instructed me to wait until the weekend and see if it was going to be delivered and if not he would call the factory on Monday. That is where I currently stand since ordering my trailer in February.

Finally!

We just picked up our trailer Thursday night. We are camping down at TI and checking everything out.

Very happy with our purchase!

Nice to see someone else from MN on the forum. Hope you enjoy your trailer!
