I'm sure this doesn't apply--but for what it's worth: ours struggled and I finally got into and under all the stuff and found out the *** workers had neglected to install two screws in the wheels under the right side wheels that supported the slide. So those two wheels had turned sideways and were no longer supporting the slide. The slide was literally sliding along the wood on the trailer--not on the wheels. Make sense? You might check it out.
