Fuzion Chrome

Has anyone seen this new chrome package it sounds like it is an upscale of the monster package? What will the price tag be on this one?
This is what it includes

• Raised pub-style, high-top booth dinette.
• Energy-efficient LED lighting throughout punctuated by chrome-finished industrial pendant lighting with MaxBright technology.
• Enhanced graphics package with three-dimensional nameplates.
• Deluxe entertainment package with name brand Samsung components.
• Ramp door patio package featuring a three-season patio door that keeps the outdoors, outdoor.
• 5K inter-lock tie-down system to ensure cargo stays safe.
• North/south king bed master-suite that has the same full walk around space as a queen be, by utilizing an industry-exclusive glide-a-bed system.
• Stainless steel kitchen package highlighted by a commercial grade, spring loaded high-rise faucet.
• Back-up camera, Equa-flex suspension, G-rated tire and more.

I got this off the RV-Pro web sight.

Yea I dont't know if my DW will go for it or not It will boil down to price. I have been trying to find some pics have not come across any if you do let me know. I might even call the local dealer and have him call me if they get one in.

Check out Keystone on Facebook. they have three pictures on there of the chrome package. I'd love to see more than these, I'm in the market for a toy hauler and am seriously considering the Fuzion chrome in the 331 floorplan.

TZMNDVL,
If you end up getting the 331 chrome let me know how much you love it. I am looking at the same one purchasing it in the spring if all works out with a trade on my 5er I have now.

That is kinda crazy!! There is not that much more to the package then the Monster package, and that package came as a 'standard' I would expect the full body paint option to cost that much, but not the chrome package, it's a nice package, but not worth that much.

Yeah, thats what we thought too. You can go to the keystonerv site and see whats all there. A lot of upgrades and other things, like new suspension and other tech. items. BTW the monster quote was at $6,743 and they list it as Monster Package Plus. Anways we are still debating but the final price was more than what we are willing to pay. We may go back to another dealer and try to order this rig with the things we want on it.

Many times manufacturers will introduce a new package with a very high advertised cost, then, in order to get the package into production, they will sell it at a significant price break.

Example: Rocker/recliners in Cougar line optioned at $845 each. Actual purchase price when buying in a new coach: $150 each.

It's possible this "Chrome Package" is advertised currently at $13,423 and is being sold for $3500 with plans to option it after inventory increases for $7500 and sell it for $4000.

Ford, when they introduce a new model will set the MSRP "pretty close" to the old or replaced model. Then, as their model year progresses, they increase the price gradually until the sales tend to drop off and then they will announce a "roll-back" or an "incentive" to get back to the last "aggressively moving" MSRP. That way they get the new model "on the street" where visibility sells better than advertising.

With the markup (or dealer discounts) on most RV's running about 25-35 percent, I wouldn't be suprised to see this "Chrome Package" actually being sold for less than half the MSRP.

Check with a number of dealerships and see what the price quotes are. You shouldn't have to pay anywhere close to MSRP.

Yes, I am sure you are right. From the MSRP price he did cut $30,100, and probably most of that was from the options. Not sure as the salesman did not disclose what the reduce price cuts came from.

Did put a call into him today on another approach waiting to hear back from him.

Well, I guess I will look for something else or just wait. Tried 3 different dealers trying to order this rig without the Chrome Package. All 3 dealers called the fuzion rep. and you can only order it with the Chrome Package.

So went back the dealer and talked them down a bit more, and put my deposit down. Picking up the 404 end of the week. Can't wait to give it a test run this weekend, last weekend here in the north. Most campgrounds are either closed or closing on the 20th. Then heading to Texas in a few months to avoid the white stufff for the winter.

Glide-a-bed

We just purchased a 2015 Fuzion Chrome 345. It has a side attached to the master bed that is part of the Glide-a-bed System for the King suite.
The bed only has a queen matress and we can not figure out HOW to extend the side to accommodate a king mattress. Does anyone know how to work this thing?

Thanks for any ideas!

The post you replied to is 6 years old. I doubt anyone is still following it. You may have better luck posting a new thread with your question.
