floor replacement/repair on bullet

Hi,

Has anybody done a floor replacement/repair on a bullet? It looks like the floor is a luon, foam, luon sandwich. I've got water damage by one of the doors. AFAICT and from speaking with service people, the leak into the floor system is likely from the screw holes that penetrate the floor from the door threshold. I have the rear kitchen 248rks and it's the rear door area that is the problem. The floor is bubbled from the door to about 3 feet in and to the right under the dining bench seat.

I also have a soft spot near one of the heater vents which I hear is typical. So I'm looking at patching the floor. I can either just patch the door area only or extend the patch to cover the soft spot and add bracing. I'm not sure if I have to remove the door. I guess likely to patch the floor material under it.

Has anybody done this on one of these light trailers? I'm looking for any hints, videos, etc before I get into this.

thx
