The one product that usually comes to the top is:
303 (30320) Aerospace UV Protectant for Plastic, Vinyl, Rubber, and more, 128 oz $38.00
There are many products that will come recommended. I can't argue against any of them.

I wash and wax my trailer every six months. I use Meguiars ultimate wash and wax. It has carnuba wax in it. The side of my trailer that sits in full sun also gets waxed with Meguiars spray wax. Don’t use any type of car wash with wax on your rubber roof, it will deteriorate the roof (anything with petroleum in it). I also use 303 protectant on the tires, plastic, etc.

I personally don’t use 303 on the sides of the trailer but I have heard others say they do, especially to protect the decals.
The best defense against deterioration, in my opinion, is keeping the trailer waxed. Welcome to the forum, BTW!

Do you use the 303 on the roof as well?

Personally I only use the 303 on the roof. I use nothing but paste wax on the painted sides of the RV. The filon also when we had the Raptor. I'm old school. No spray wax sits in our RV. I wipe the paste wax on, Meguiars Ultimate Paste or Turtle Super Hard Shell, let it dry, and wipe off with 100% cotton surgical wiping cloths or old bath towels. No buffer has been on this RV. Whatever works for you is what you should do. When the day is done I want to know that I have actually left the most wax on the surface for my time and effort. And no, I don't do this all in one day.
As an edit, if you think price is no object when it comes to good wax, try this site: https://www.chemicalguys.com/exterio...8a478be19758e4

Wow, the V2 paste wax cost $171 I think it said. Was it made on a remote island by people that have never tasted sugar or is it like the fancy coffee where monkeys eat the coffee beans and then the beans are harvested out of their droppings? That is some expensive wax! Just out of curiosity, have you ever used any of those products? I’m interested to hear how well it works.

Assuming the Keystone Premier is brand new??
I would do like what notanlines says. Use a very high quality paste wax. If it is stored outside it won't be a "once a year" project. In New York probably as early in Spring as weather allows, again in mid summer, and again before winter.
I have been using Wet & Forget on the roof for 2-3 years, once maybe twice a year. If you use something like Dawn on the roof it can wash the wax off the trailer sides when you rinse it.
I use the yellow Meguairs car wash as well. Yes it has lots of wax in it.
Chemical Guys makes some good stuff. I have used 3M products with good results. Their Marine Fiberglass Restorer and Wax is excellent for oxidized RV's. I use the 3M High Performance Marine Wax on my fiberglass boat, but it sits in the garage when not in use. Also Klasse one step (red bottle) works good and is easy to use.
Whatever you do don't let it get away from you. I had a health issue a couple years ago and the trailer sides oxidized very badly. Texas sun is brutal.

Actually I use the 303 UV protectorate over all the fiberglass on my Avalanche. Does a great job, keeps it looking great, and prevents fading.

Nope, no wax. Just a good wash and then apply the 303 using a spray bottle. And just a light coating. A little goes a long way.

I am a fan of 303 myself, I use it on the tires and all the plastic. But when I use it on the sides it always appears runny or streaked after a rain. Do you have the same issue or do you do something different than I do? Maybe I am not using enough?

Starting sixth season with my 2014 Alpine. 303 on all the dark color stuff and twice a year I wax with ICE spray on wax. Takes about an hour to wax entire fifth wheel ... Gel coat and graphics have held up quite nicely
