Hi there. I have a 3500RE and just checked. Do you mean above the drawers under the fridge? I don't feel cold air coming out on either side. Have you checked the seals?

no leak under drawers, I fixed the issue yesterday, the lip of the fridge was not up flush with the wood so I filled the crack with cloth pipe wrap shoved it in the crack and sealed up very nice, upon fixing this air leak found another one with the lower left hand side of the kitchen slide could actually see daylight and feel a good breeze coming through this will be next fix.
