Saving Forum Posts (URL's) using AOL software

I recently had a member contact me with a problem he's having saving links to his computer from the forum. Here's the issue as he explained it. I'm not sure how to resolve the problem. Has anyone got any ideas?

"For about a week now, after I read various posts and want to save it to my favorites, all I get is that they are saved but as follows; "World Wide Web" and show up as a blank page. Has the forum changed my ability to save a post or is something going on that no one knows about as yet..."

I offered a couple of suggestions, but none that resolved the ability to save posts as before. He then made these comments:

"For awhile now, (6 months or more), each time I read an interesting post, some of them, I save. Using AOL, I have always just clicked on the little red heart symbol and save it. For a week now, if I do the same as always on AOL, now I reeceive the mesasge when saving a MOC message Save to;" World Wire Web."

Either MOC has changed or I might have a bug. If someone would or could check with an MOC Teck, we may find out something new. I will call AOL and ask why I might have to start saving the afore mentioned posts to a certain URL. Please keep me informed as to what you find out. Might just be my newness to all this but why now and not last year."

If anyone has any suggestions on how to save a URL in the AOL environment, I'm sure he would appreciate the assistance....

Thanks

John -
Sorry, but I'm not at all familiar with the AOL environment so can't help you or the other fellow out.
