The good news is that there's no mice in my TT, yet. The bad news is that they're all in the house. (the death count stands at 31) There is no food whatsoever in the TT.

One solution I have heard of, and seen used in antique and little used cars is mothballs. Apparently they really don't like them. But, it does make the thing smell like Grandma's closet.

There are several all natural mouse repellant products that don't contain naphthalene. We've used Earth-Kind (http://www.earth-kind.com) for the last two seasons with no visible signs of mice in the trailer. (They sure like my garage though!)

Apparently mice don't like the smell of balsam fir oil, which isn't as objectionable to humans as moth balls. The repellent is in small sachets filled with infused saw dust.

BLJ That's just great I read what your going through with co. I had always thought of adding a gen to my camper. but was alway worried about co. i am a mechanic and if a car is running just a bit rich i get a headache too. so i went for portable units in parrallel and keep them down wind. good luck on your quest! glad you dont have mice but the trade off sucks!
