Rear stabilizer 3400 RL

Has anyone had a problem with their reaar stabilizers not working correctly. When putting my stabilizers out or in they will work for a short period of time and then just stop and I end up putting them in or out manually. It doesn't matter if I am using the remote or switch. I am wondering if the motor is going bad? has anyone replaced the stabilizer motor?
