If it were me, I would be very skeptical of this Zep for the following reasons:

1) lack of information coming from the previous owner(s). Why is this information not forthcoming?

2) an existing lien on the title

3) Are you planning to buy this sight unseen? If it were me, I would never buy an RV of this vintage without having given it a very thorough, personal inspection. While the photos of the Zep look appealing, they don't reveal too much. For example, you can't see any evidence of leaking or rot which would not been seen in photos of the interior.

4) I believe there have been leaking issues with the Zep. Unfortunately, I can't provide any evidence of this since I am thinking about some comments about this issue that were expressed by some members of the original Keystone forum. So you can take this comment with a grain of salt.

While the price and other criteria might be appealing, I would be very cautious about this RV based on the concerns/questions I outlined above.

Dcel,

Although not a manufacturer brochure, the specs/floor plans & basic info/description is available here:

http://www.rvweb.com/guides/manufact...n-126563787107 Click on the tabs (center page)

As an added thought - I'd also want to know the exact age (manuf date) of the tires. 5 new tires would be an added expense.

On edit, here's the 2006 Zeppelin Brochure
http://www.rvguidebook.com/rvguidebo...s/Zeppelin.pdf

Hope this helps, and good luck with your decision.
Terri, the Chevy co-pilot
