Bighorn Silverado 36tg R Ratings

We're considering a couple of different Heartland products and came across this model that is nearby. It's a new 2013 with an asking price of $41,329 which seems really reasonable. I've noticed that the R ratings for most Heartland products could be better and was wondering if anyone has camped in theirs in extreme temps and how they did.

Bighorn is manufactured by Heartland RV company. Keystone is a competitor of Heartland and does not produce Bighorn RV's.

That being said, you'd probably do much better at getting answers to your questions about a Heartland product on a site where those products are discussed. On this Keystone forum, you'll find very few members who previously owned Heartland products, so answers to your questions will be severely limited.

As a probable observation, any previous owner of a Heartland RV who now owns a Keystone RV probably bought the different brand for a reason. Many reasons may be things like floorplan, price, etc however being unhappy with or having bad service from the Heartland product may produce negative answers to your questions.

Do a google search for Heartland forums and see if you get better results for your questions.

And, almost everyone here would recommend a Keystone RV for your ultimate purchase
