Just added a Serta three inch thick mattress topper to our king bed that came with the TT. Had to trim about six inches off the side, then it fit perfectly.

Added cargo lights and fuse box
Added light strips to cargo hold and some 12v outlets next to bed.

I have the same one and it fit perfectly on the existing spot... I did add some steel in the middle section to support it, because it sagged and made the batteries rub together.
I love the round opening on the side, it is perfect for the water filling system inlet.

Nothing at all wrong with the box itself. Couldn't get it wedged into the tiny little one-battery-wide door, and all the way back. Since it's a protected enclosure with a full lip around the steel shelf, I just went without a box at all.
I loved your install and wanted to replicate it, but alas it was not meant to be.

Today, I pulled the propane tanks (have only ever had them fixed install in my prior coach), assuming they were empty, because I could see a red indicator in the auto switch window. I knew they felt heavy, but had no idea how heavy they should be. Brought then to the local U-Haul/propane store, and the guy politely and amusedly informed me that I had two completely full tanks. He couldn't even top them off. Brought 'em home after doing some supply running, installed them, and sure enough, the stove lit. I guess I coulda checked that first...
So then, while Mama did some decorating and moving-in on the inside, I grabbed my old creeper and went underneath to install the Valterra sewer hose storage she bought off Amazon. I was going to go the fence post/gutter route, but the parts proved impossible to find, and way too expensive to order. After fighting with bolt placement and self-tapper v steel girder with an underpowered old drill, I ended up drilling pilot holes which eventually worked, as I snacked on coroplast and metal shavings. Will evaluate the need to install the center support, as it stretches from side to side, but doesn't seem to be sagging at all.

I like that! In my fore storage area, there's 12v wiring running all through that whole area, but no lights! Should I trace a particular one that's better to tap into than others?
Also love that outlet you installed. I dig that mine has a few dual USB chargers scattered around, but I'm kinda missing the CLA power port option. I have a no-frills, unsealed cabinet in the should-be-a-kitchen area outside, which has both a 120 outlet, and a dual USB charger. I need to change that out for my 12v-powered smoker! Makes no sense to use the 120 adapter for it when the 12v if right there.

Before you install the center support find out what's on the other side of that Coloplast. You could drill your way into a very costly misteak if you hit a holding tank, water line, or electric wires. The second issue will be the value of attaching to the Coroplast as it's not a structural component and therefore not very strong. When I installed mine I had some pressure treated 1/2" plywood lying around so I screwed it to the frame then the tube to the wood.

Check out the amperage draw of the smoker as it may exceed the ampacity of yhe wire size that feeds that usb port.

Vinnie I discovered a light in my basement by accident. It's a dome style mounted just inside the basement door. There's a tiny button in the center of the dome to turn it on and off. Maybe yours has one too?

The sides are attached to the frame, under the coroplast, just on the inside edge of that frame girder. I felt around under the coroplast and there appears to be another big ol' girder running down the center. I'll try to find a way to confirm before drilling (really don't want to rip up that pretty single sheet while it's still new), if I even need to. I really like the wood idea, though- I may have to re-do it that way. Thanks!

My pass-through basement has a couple lights as well. I'm talking the fore storage, just behind the kingpin, in which I haven't found a light yet. So far, just keeping plumbing and electrical stuff in there, but we're still playing with the whole what-goes-where thing.

Two quick answers I could find:
"It draws 100 Watts@12V, this is about 8 Amps on 12V. The corresponding current drawn on 120VAC by your adapter will be less than 1 Amp."
Then this, which I don't really understand the "note"

This is the only light I haven't converted to LED yet, and the only one I have accidentally left on overnight.... twice

Just for comparison, those USB ports you use to charge your phone, etc. are probably configured to allow 1-2 Amps max. Trying to pull 8 Amps through that wiring will not go well. We have some large DC current devices. To support them, we ran separate runs of 8GA wire to them from the fuse box (power center).
Here is an article which talks about how to determine the correct wire gauge for the current drawn by the circuit:

Before and after.
Basically just re-mounted it higher. Cut a groove in the bottom of the bracket to nicely nest the wires, and will fit the big hole (under the plate) with a 1.5" grommet when it comes in, to protect the wire nuts in the bumper, which are totally exposed on the open backside of said bumper, but that's not where the rain falls.

It may not rain on it but what about spray from the road when you drive in the rain?

Although this is not a Keystone product, this mod is doable to probably almost any trailer, and helps safety and being seen from behind.
Taillights only....the two lower ones are OEM, the upper ones are the lights I just added.
This one is the brakes being applied....BOOM, let there be light...

I was thinking that same thing when I saw it was completely open on the back. In software, they say, "it's not a bug, it's a feature!" Perhaps the architects of this model feel the same way...

Extended the bed support to allow a full size queen. Why do they put a short queen in a $40k camper?
Just bought a new Personal Comfort bed for the bedroom in the house and moved the old one to the camper. Now the bed is just like home. Actually better. I need to add a piece of memory foam to the new bed in the house. I had previously optimized the old house bed.

Installed a 24 inch LED variable control light in the garage to the stationary bed. I plugged it into higher top Receptacle installed a variable control. The problems with Toy hauler garage lighting, not enough lighting over the table to play cards comfortable for us .

Not today but yesterday, Miss Kitty left home behind Big Red for a long weekend of camping at our favorite local lake area. Didn't make it to the campground. Of all the rotten luck. Got about 12 miles from home and I get a warning light on my truck, low coolant. I start watching my temp gauge and sure enough it's climbing. Run another 6 miles or so, temp is up to almost 230. Pull over, pop the hood, coolant everywhere under the hood. Put about a gallon of water in the overflow bottle and nursed it to the nearest service station. Mechanic I know there looks it over, seems the leak is coming from the radiator. Looks like a piece of the fan shroud somehow got caught in the fan and punched a hole in the radiator. Camping canceled for this weekend. But thankfully it happened close to home instead of on our 2 week trip to South Dakota in 2 more weeks. And luckily the dealer in Reno has a radiator in stock. I'm going to have the water pump and serpentine belt replaced while it's apart. Also, the tech doing the work for me said the fan shroud is not repairable. I had to order that and it won't be in until Monday at the earliest. Looks like I'm not moving our trailer for a while. I backed Miss Kitty in where they told me to and called for roadside assistance at 3PM. Got a text at nearly 5PM that the tow company was on the way. From over 100 miles away. Driver showed up at about 8:30 PM. I moved Big Red and he hooked onto my trailer with his Ram 2500. Plugged in the power cord, no running lights. I know the trailer side works, I had just 6 hours earlier backed it in place and had to have running lights for the back up camera to work. We fiddled with it for a few and I told him we have three choices. Keep playing with it and hope we can get it to work but if we need even a fuse, we're dead, nothing around here is open, call for another truck and I have to wait another 4 hours, or hit the road and hope we get it home before it gets full on dark. We opted for #3 and took off. It was only 20 miles back to my house, and by the time we got here it was full on dark, 9:30 PM. Funny thing, he put on the flashers and those worked. I know, its a different circuit. He parked it, and was on his way. I spent the next 30 minutes, unloading camping gear from my car that my DW had picked up from the back of the truck, hooking up shore power, unloading and storing my generator. Finally got a chance to eat and relax at about 10 PM. What a day. And NO CAMPING for us this weekend.
