Welcome to the forum
I'm sure there is more than one window and window size, a bit more information might be useful. I'm sure as a last resort, your local Keystone dealer could get one from the factory.

It's a 33x22 sliding window. I've talked to the dealer. They honestly are useless. I'm looking to order one & put it in myself.

I understand now. Is there an independent RV repair facility near you? If you look at another window there should be some printing on it, that will tell you the brand. Then you can probably look the manufacturer up on line to find out if you can order factory direct or a retailer in your area.
Shipping isn't going to be cheap, and if there is another dealer you can work with, and they can get it from the factory, you might be able to forgo the shipping if the factory can send it with a unit coming for inventory.

If you're in an area with a good automotive/home glass shop, that should be able to help. If the frame for the broken? window is still intact, try to remove it and take it in. If there is an identical window you can remove and take with you, that will help them.

This may be the window you need: http://www.trekwood.com/products/506...ack-Frame-8500
Measuring windows is a "tricky venture" and often ends in guessing wrong. Some vendors measure the outside of the window frame, others measure the glass, still others measure the lip of the molding that sits on the trailer framing. So you might guess right, you might guess wrong. It would probably be better to call Trekwood (their info is on the website at the above link) and discuss your needs. Trekwood has one of the most comprehensive inventories of Keystone parts available. Good Luck !!!
