Good News Trailer Checkout

I know that some folks have had problems with their trailer delivery due to either dealer failure to do a proper PDI or quality control issues with their trailer. I'm happy to say that everything mechanical in our new trailer worked on our first camping trip. We checked lights, awnings, air conditioners, the heater, water pump, hot water heater (both gas and electric), convenience center, leveling system, refrigerator (on both propane and electricity) and stove. Everything checked out at least over five days of operation. Will definitely continue to monitor but at least things worked correctly out of the gate.

That said, there are some attention to detail issues/ workmanship quality that are less than we expected for a trailer of this cost. Nothing earth shaking but you shake your head when you see them because things like cutting a trim piece 1/2' longer or not putting the loft mattress on a piece of sheathing would have resulted in a much higher quality look.

Good deal!! Proper PDI by the dealer is key to the customer having a positive experience. Sounds like yours did just that, I hope things stay that way. Do you need to edit your signature?

I think the signature is correct. That is the trailer and truck we have.
