Exclamation Drain Valve Location for fresh water tank

I know that this has been asked several times, But I have been unable to get specific information. i HAVE A 2016 kEYSTONE COUGAR 1/2 TON SERIES model 277RLSWE with a extendable bumper. Do I have to extend the bumper to find the fresh tank drain valve? If someone knows the location please respond. The tank fill is at the drivers side rear along with the pump. I've looked underneath and cannot see any valve to drain the tank unless it is hidden under the extendable bumper. Anyone with this model 5th wheel, I would like to hear from you. Any help appreciated.
Mel

It would not extend through the extendable bumper, if it did, it would be damaged when you pull the bumper out. So, it's either above the bumper or possibly it's on the side of the frame rail/trailer floor, outside the frame rail. Ours is centered on the bottom of the fresh water tank, about 1' inboard from the trailer frame I beam. I've seen several trailers where the drain is on the outside of the I beam, located between the sidewall skirt and the I beam.

There should be some spray expanding foam to seal the hole in the coroplast where PEX tubing comes through, so maybe locating a "blob of expanding foam" would give you an indication where it is.

He's in Ogden, so if that last "west coast rainfall" moved far enough east, he may be treading water "for real" instead of surfing the internet.......

solved

Thanks to everyone who replied. I found it. It was off to the side between the frame just ahead of the extendable bumper.
