Furnace breaker failure

On my Cougar 327 RES the furnace keeps cutting out due to a 15 amp breaker failure. I have replaced the breaker and it has worked for a few days then it fails also. Have I just been unlucky getting faulty breakers or is something wrong with my furnace?

The furnace is 12 VDC and should be protected by a fuse, not a circuit breaker. What circuit breaker (120VAC) is failing?

It's a tiny circuit breaker the size of a 12 volt fuse in the fuse panel.

I would replace the "tiny circuit breaker" with an appropriately sized fuse and see if the problem continues. The "tiny circuit breaker" may be defective or "weak". If the fuse does not blow, I'd suspect the "tiny circuit breaker" is defective. If the fuse does blow, I'd contact the dealership (if you're still in warranty). If you're out of warranty (2 years on the furnace, 1 year on Keystone's wiring to the furnace) than I'd start looking for a problem with the wiring and/or inside the furnace.

Thanks for the info. Since the weather has warmed to above freezing, I have had no problems with the furnace. (?)
