Cool Hello all

Just wanted to say Hi to everyone. We left snowy Michigan this past October and now are full time workcampers. Just wish now we started long before.
Now, we can explore our great country and get paid for it! So far we have worked in mid Florida and south east Georgia. Next stop is the Badlands of South Dakota.
This is a great site and I hope to be more active on it.

Happy travels to all.

Bill&fawne,

to our little bit of the world. Rving comes in many forms from occasional use to weekending to summer travel to winter weather escapes and to full timing. The key is, I think, that whatever we do with RVing, we enjoy it. Sounds like you've found your little piece of heaven.

We welcome you to the forum and many would like to hear more about your workcamping experiences. Several members have expressed interest in doing exactly what you're doing in the past couple of weeks. Get involved and start telling us about your travels and how you've overcome the obvious obstacles of mobile living. Oh yes, and don't forget the things nobody thinks of when planning to workcamp !!!

Join in, we'd like to hear more !!!

Welcome to the Forum my DW and I spent 4 days in the KOA in Kingsland and it seemed like a great place to spend the winter.

Welcome to the forum

&

Congrats on joining the world of Full-timing!

Do you have things lined up for your work kamping already
through the summer ? (usually most CG's want you thru Labor
Day at least)

It is hot as heck in the Badlands during the summer. So much do
to in South Dakota especially - enjoy!

Jo

Talking Thanks all

Thanks for the replies..
Gary and Gail,,,, so glad you liked the KOA in Kingsland, Ga. That's where we are at at the moment. If it was a bald guy with a goatee that parked you,,, it was me We have been here since mid January.
Jo,,,, yes we have job commitments from now until the end of September. For now we are hooked up with KOA and there always seems to be jobs available all over. We want to stick with the smaller campgrounds. Like the one here in Kingsland. The owners are great people, there is always improvements going on here. And all of us workcampers pitch in to help our guests in any way we can.
I sure will try be active on here, But,,, there is always those other things that may get in the way,,,,, like taking a nap,, sight seeing,, and fishing

Thank you all again
