Fresh water. Can’t get to work. 2010 mountaineer.
Got my first fifth wheel. 2010 Montana Mountaineer edition. Camping and can’t figure out how to use my fresh water with the pump. I filled the water tank at the back ( not the power fill) I checked the gauge. It’s full. I then turn on the cold water and pump. I can hear the pump constantly running. No water comes out. I look under the sink and can see bubbles and hear gurgling but very little will come out the faucet. I have no idea what I’m doing. Tried the cold water on other faucets. Get nothing.

When you say you filled your tank, how? Do you have a valve that diverts your city water hookup to your fresh water tank?

Did you run pump when filling while have a hot water faucet cracked open? If not the pump will have to fill the hot water tank before pressure will equalize.

As Wyldfire said, if your water heater was/is empty, the pump will have to push either 6, 10 or 12 gallons through the system before you'll get any significant water flow at any faucet. You'll get some sputtering but no water flow. If, on the other hand, the water heater was/is full, then you may have an air leak in the supply line from the fresh water tank to the pump inlet. Usually there's a strainer on that line (at the pump inlet) and if that is leaking or has been cracked by winter freezing, that would be the source of your problem. If you know where the pump is located and have an "antifreeze line" to winterize the trailer, place that antifreeze suction line in a bucket of water. If the pump pulls water that way, your problem is an air leak in the tank/strainer/pump line.

I belong to a camping club ( Cutty’s ) and have been out for a month camping there but I have full hook ups. I never drained the hot water tank. I’m pretty sure it’s full. I didn’t know if there’s a valve that needs pushed in or out that I didn’t know about. I’m clueless on even winterizing it. It’s our first fifth wheel. I have owners manual but to be honest I read it cover to cover and don’t feel like it answered any questions.

Keystone builds a large number of different types of trailers with significantly different plumbing systems. Some have valves and knobs, some have simple straight pipes, some have winterization systems, some don't. Photos of your system, the pump and any control valves/control board for the plumbing would greatly help us identify what you have and how to fix it. A few "quick cell phone photos" will go miles toward identifying what you need to do.

Make sure your city/power fill valve is in the city position. If it’s in the power fill position, the pump will run but you won’t get much or any water out of a faucet.

I figured it out. I saw another thread on here about someone with a 2018. Someone told him to check that the winterize switch was turned off. Gave it a try and that did it.
