IN Command tank indicators

Our In Command holding tank indicators just started to only indicate 1/3 full no mater how full the tanks are on all four tanks. I am familiar with the issues of fouled sensors but that would not cause this. I checked the voltage at the In Command terminals and all read about 2.4 volts which is correct for 1\3 full. The voltage never goes above that even with a full tank.

Just spoke to Jensen and they suggested calling Keystone. Called Keystone and they suggest installing In Command software update and recalibrate. Since it has worked for two years I have doubts that will solve the issue
