Can I get on the roof of my Passport 2810bh

Curious if anyone knows whether or not it's safe for me to get on the roof of my Keystone Passport 2810bh? I need to install some of those vent covers.

You can take off an interior vent trim piece and check the thickness of your roof sheeting. Usually 3/8" will be OK if you are not a real heavyweight.
Others have used styrofoam or plywood with carpet to span the trusses. YMMV

The Passport is an ultralite, so you cannot walk on the roof. Your best best is to lay down a sheet then some plywood or thick foam to spread the weight. You can usually install vents that are on the edges of the roof from the sides without actually getting all the way up on the roof. If the vent is in the center then that method will take care of it for you.
