Help with Tie Down of Tiny house

Hello,

Due to a fire in our main house, we recently purchased a tiny house 8x24, 10k lbs. We are living here until the main house is being repaired.

The Local Twp is stating that it must be tied down. Anyone know anything about tie downs? or know of a person/company in Northern NJ who can assist, either with performing the work or advising what equipment will be required.
