Just got camper home from dealership after week long stay for awning issues, then check the mail and have a service advisory 12-183 on genet for some sort of baffle to direct heat away from bulkhead, looked and no baffle installed why did'nt they do it the week it sat there waiting on parts, wonder if the dealers get these notifications, so back to calling and scheduling another appt. and not camping another weekend.

2013 Raptor 310 TS, but paper says 300MP,365LEV,381LEV,395LEV,410LEV and 4014LEV

Most of the time the Campaign Letters come direct from the factory. Dealerships usually wont just do a campaign unless the guest has a letter.
