Well, that's not a lot of info. You fail to mention what unit you have , but if I had to guess, I'd say you have to turn the pump on at the safety switch first. There is a little door behind the fuel hose compartment with a timer in it. You need to turn the timer on so the pump will run- safety feature so you don't leave the pump on and burn it up.

Fueling Station
Remember to attach the ground clip from the trailer to the equipment or vehicle before touching it with the metal nozzle.

Plus there is a connection for the pump at the main battery compartment that goes on the positive terminal of battery. Mine is a green knob that you tighten for power, then loosen when not in use.

Raptor 3712ts Fuel Station Power
We recently purchased a used 2008 Raptor 3712ts. I have all the original manuals which reference a "timer" or "disconnect switch" for the fuel station but provide no specifics. I can't locate anything that appears to supply/disconnect the power to the fuel pump. I've looked for "green knobbed" or other devices in the battery area, "small doors" in the fuel station area that might hide the timer, etc. The pump has a lever action switch that I can hear clicking, but I have not yet pulled the wires on the pump to see if 12VDC is available at the pump. I wanted to start with the disconnect power switch/timer.
Can anyone provide more information on the location of the timer or disconnect switch that provides power to the fuel pump for a 2008 Raptor 3712ts? (The fuse is good and there is plenty of gas in the tank that is shared with the generator which works perfectly.) THANKS for any tips you can provide. Brad

mine has a door in the side of the rv with a nozzle hooked to the pump behind it. beside the fuel hose door is a panel with a timer switch that controls the pump. if you find a fuel line that is plugged I would guess some previous owner removed the fueling station pump n nozzle

Some of the early toyhaulers had a timer inside the rv, not out by the station that way you couldn't turn on the pump from outside , more of a theft deterent
