Gas Tank Size?

We have a 3612 Raptor Toyhauler and it was missing many of the original manuals - although we bought it new. Does anyone happen to know how big the gas tank is that fuels the generator and the fueling station? Also, it doesn't appear to have a vent and my husband had to fill it VERY slowly so that it wouldn't overflow.

Welcome to the forum Debbie,

There's several toyhauler owners here, and hopefully some of them can answer about your (slow) fueling issue.

The current website (2011 Raptor) standard features states:

*"On Board Fuel Station (30 Gallon Capacity) 2nd 30 Gallon Tank (On Select Models)"*

The 2010 brochure shows:

*"30 Gal Fuel Tank w/ Pump & Static Line, Auto Shut Off"*

I didn't see any fuel tank specs in the 2009 brochure.

Hope this helps,

Terri, the Chevy co-pilot

My 3712TS had an issue with filling until I eliminated the kink in both the hoses going to the tank.
The large hose is for filling, the small is for venting the tank to just below the fill neck. Tell your husband to get under the trailer at the fill neck and look up - use a flashlight if need be. Some simple adjustments after loosening the clamps and retightening made a huge difference, but still not quite like filling your car or truck.

Good luck!
