2005 cougar walls

I'm looking at a 2005 cougar 281efs, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it has the vacuum bonded walls. Or if some one could tell me where to look to find out. The camper is located about 90 miles away and I forgot to look for the sticker yesterday when I went to look at it. I know I looked at a 2003 a couple weeks ago and that didn't have them, the fiberglass was delaminating on the outside pretty bad. If someone could tell me that would be great, I'm thinking this is the one to buy if it has the vucuum bonded walls. thanks in advance
