Towing a 5'ver with a 4" lift

Anybody tow with a mild lift? I have seen a few rigs pulling 5'vers with a lifted tow vehicle and I was wondering what modifications were necessary to get the trailer high enough to clear the bed rails. It looks like maybe the trailer axles are blocked or more arched leaf springs????

I tow my Cougar with a 2007 F350 with 4" lift with no problems and no modifications to the trailers suspension. Trailer sits pretty level.

Well unless it is the road looks a bit pin high, is that 350 a 4X4? I sure don't see a 4" lift in it.

This is a stock 01 Ram 2500 with no lift, I sit about the same height!
