Dexter Axle Company changed their "axle warranty" in 2016 from a 2 year warranty to a 5 year warranty on sprung axles and a 10 year warranty on Torq-Flex axles.

So, your axles are warrantied by Dexter for 5 years. Keystone never warrantied your axles, they "managed the Dexter claim" for the first year, then it's up to the dealer or you to contact Dexter with problems. Your dealer is not doing his job if there's an axle problem and he told you it's not under warranty.

If you don't have a copy of the Dexter warranty, you can read about it and download a copy here: https://winstontrailers.com/whats-ne...axle-warranty/

Well I learned something new, Dexter now has a 5 years warranty. That's why I asked heck it's nearly a new trailer.
John filled in everything else I was going to suggest.

I got a chance to crawl under the camper last night. And took a couple pics. The first picture is the good side, or at least higher than the other. The second is the pic that is sagging.

I did measure axle to axle and the side that is sagging is closer together about a half an inch.

It appears on the sagging side, the axle looks twisted back.

Thanks for the info about the axle. Dexter has a plant about 20 miles from here.

Tilt

Are you on the hydraulic levelers? Could one side be leaking?

To my old eyes it looks like the ubolts on the curb side are tipped forward and the ubolts on the driver side are vertical. Not sure if this would account for the height difference, just an observation.
Edit
After reading one of your posts again, I realized that you spotted that the axle appears twisted back on the curb side. Which would explain the ubolts being tipped forward.

Is the distance between the holes in hangers the same on each side?
