Blowing landing gear fuses

My camping spot this weekend had the front end quite low. As I was raising the front end to hook up again the jacks slowed down and then blew the fuse. I stuck a new one in and blew it in about 30 seconds. I grumbled and pulled out the manual crank... About that time my wife asked "aren't those rear jacks supposed to be up?" Bless her heart - I just about had the trailer jacked up off the ground.
The fuse did exactly what it was supposed to do - protect me from yet another senior moment!
Happy camping!

Was it the fuse or your very observant wife that protected you "from yet another senior moment"? I'm thinking that it could just be the latter!

Thumbs up

Thanks for sharing! Those "senior" moments get us all at one time or another! I recently forgot to close the truck tailgate after hooking up the 5er...as we're cruz'en down the interstate, I see my trailer wheel chocks go flying out of the truck and a small car going into emergency manuevers...got lucky, no damage...tho the small car driver may have soiled their pants.

Talking Your Lucky

Your Lucky, my wife would have looked at me and said "DAHHHHH"!
The first two letters would explain what she meant!
