I had the same exact problem (same model). Measure top and bottom dimensione from awning to frame. I bet they are not the same. You can probably eyeball it for starters. On mine I had to open up all the way and very gently slide the awning towards the rear on the roller (down) side. I did it by myself, but 2 people would probably help. Mine closes fine now.

There are two rubber-beads that slide into the roller to attach the awning. They can slide, but it isnt easy. Not sure why or how mine slid, but somehow they moved about 3 - 4 inches! This caused it to shift/rack as it was pulled in. Does that make more sense?

I believe I have it now. When you say "slide", the awning had slid left or right of the roller, yes ? That would make for an uneven length for sure.

No not completely. I had it out this past weekend and everything looks normal while out. I didn't take a tape measure with me but it doesn't look to be off in anyway.
I can get it to close tighter against the camper if I help it as it rolls back in but It isn't a big enough issue for me to take to the dealer while it's camping season so if I can wait till later in the year I will do so.

No I didn't. It just seems as though the non-motor side of the awning doesn't roll up as tight as the motor side. It rolls up nice and straight all the way to the camper but once it gets against the wall it seems to not go all the way on the left side. Sorta backs its self out just a little unless I help it in by hand.

Awning doesn't seem right on 239ml

I had an issue with mine due to a fastener being too long and hitting the channel mounted to the TT.

This is with the new 1.25 " screw (1.5 previously):

Here is where it was getting caught on the channel:

Also check to see if the silicone on the wall fasteners in the channel may be "holding" the arms from nesting into the channel.

Now that's something I hadn't thought of. I will be looking at the bolts as soon as I can get it opened back up. Thanks

I opened it up today. Nothing is hitting any of the bolt heads and seems to clear good. The one thing I did notice after going over everything is that it seems the cap on the non motor side seems to tilt out more the the motor side so I will see if I can adjust that once I have a ladder.
