No DVD player!?
I was surprised and disappointed that my new 195RB came without a DVD player. Apparently they've switched to a new Fusion head unit, it's smaller. It has USB ports and Bluetooth. It's not a big deal to buy a cheap DVD player and mount it behind the tv, but it just seemed like a weird thing to eliminate considering that you often get crappy or no signal when camping.

Wow, that is weird. Was a DVD player listed in the specs or brochure? Although, if the remote is anything like the other standard head units, you may be fortunate that you have to buy a stand-alone unit.

Yeah, it was. Unfortunately there were several items that differed from the brochure and from what is still shown on the Keystone website.
• They eliminated the cabinet over the bed
• No DVD
• Small fixed antenna instead of the crank one
• Eliminated the black tank flush
• No accent stripe in the wallpaper, no biggie, but still
I don't let small stuff get my britches in a twist, but every one of those model year changes was in the direction of cheaper and crapier. One or two of the small things I could deal with, but the totality of all of them starts to feel like bait and switch. The loss of that cabinet was the straw that broke the camels back. In a little 19 ft trailer that's a significant loss of storage. I'm negotiating with the dealer as we speak.

Good luck! The dealer on 6th Ave in Golden, or their store up north? I can't remember the dealership name but we bought a Passport from them in 2014.

As other members may point out, disclaimers in the brochures are obviously there to protect the butts of the dealers (and manufacturers). Changes mid-model year (or even end-of-model year) are not uncommon as read in the fine print. Same thing happened to the Bullet line midway through the 2016 model year. Many production models early in the year has traditional incandescent interior lights where as the late 16's were equipped with LED light fixtures. The brochure never changed throughout the year as it stated LED in the print. 2 months earlier and my dealer was selling only incandescent-lit units. I waited for a late production model to get LEDs.

Yep what ^^ said.
My 2016 has some "new features" for 2016, but others are still 2015. It's hard to believe they are that poor at procuring components for model year changes, but that appears to be the reality.
Obviously not a deal breaker for me as I knew what I was buying, but it's annoying.

I'd be more upset about them removing the black tank flush.

Our 2016 195RB didn't come with a black tank flush. I paid to have the dealer install one. The DVD playr is crap. Sometimes it connects to the TV, usually doesn't.
I would miss the storage over the bed.
What stripe?
