Good
Tows very nicely
Love the floor plan for
Heats and cools well but need 2 air conditioners
Tons of storage and cabinets
Have been very pleased all the way around

The bad
Get rid of the towmax tires
Make sure a 10ft garage is all you will ever need
Generator starting battery is not wired to charge off of inverter
Keystone forgot to remove vent plug from accessory fuel tank. Took dealer a while to find that
Poor design for hot water valve under fridge for winterizing removing panel can be hard sense it's so tight
Make sure you get the second air conditioner
And I know this is petty but miss matched stereo speakers from living room to garage having two different ohm speakers makes it harder to adjust properly

Warranty claims on unit
Toilet leaked after one year
Gas tank vent not removed
Axle brake lines one axle was not wired up and had to be replaced with new backing plates
Fridge didn't cool right
Couple of latches on closet door had to be replaced and added an extra on some cabinets as they weren't holding well

Had one tire blow replaced with g rated tires

I love my camper wish the garage were a little longer to hold a bigger sxs but all in all I love it

I have a 2012 300mp

'13 300mp here.

Towmax tires are horrible, I'd get a new set right away before they strand you on the side of the road somewhere.

10' garage can be tight, just double check the dimensions on your toys.

Stereo is definitely weird. My garage speakers are always on sometimes even when the receiver is turned off!

Know your TV limits, my 300mp was a bit heavier than advertised.

Definitely needs the 2nd AC unit in the summer here in the south.

Rubber roof isn't half the issue I thought it would be. I can clean it in less than an hour and only have to do it once a year because I also take it to my local RV place for a yearly roof "inspection". They check all seals/seams, clean it, etc.

We're very happy with the interior overall. Quality and design are great. Only other issue we've noticed is just a toyhauler thing in general. The living room is always going to feel small b/c of the space the garage takes. My friend's class a feels like a palace comparatively. Just depends on what your needs are...

Friends have a 310TB and the only drawback I remember them discussing is the weight on the front when their "toys" are loaded. If memory serves he had it back to the RV dealer twice to get his WDH adjusted correctly. His Goldwing tops out close to 1,000 lbs plus other goodies.

just picked up a used 2011 300MP. so far we like it but your right on the speaker deal. it will wear me out until i pull the panel and figure it out. i will check my tires base on previous comments. this my second keystone so i know some of their week points. the roof membrane on my last one seem to tear on the drop of a hat, and i have found some week spots on the new one. just got to be pro-active on Keystone units.
