Rumbling brakes
Today we had a problem with our trailer brakes. Going downhill 10% grade by 45 mph, the brakes were rumbling like mad.

Shall we have the brakes checked / maintained? The trailer ran only 16000 miles until today.

I would check them ASAP. I had a slack adjuster fall out once and it made quite a rumble as it wedged between the backplate and the drum. Any strange noises should be checked.

YES!!!!! Check them as soon as you can something came apart and is banging around in the drum
