the top wiper seal is not torn , but does not look quiet right . kinda has a scalloped look to it if that makes sense. i have never used anything but tethford or camco seal conditioner . so i cant really see how it could be something i done . the top wiper will be more difficult to replace

Looks just like mine. I have the same task ahead of me. I had parked with slides open for 90 days and it didn't occur to me to "loosen" them up before retraction. Live and learn.

It may be overkill , but i spray seal conditioner on the seals every outing now . slide sure goes in and out much more smoothly
