The very last sentence describing the use of the fresh water flushing system - found on page 52 in the reference below - indicates there is not any sort of check valve.

Tank Flush

I had a problem with the flush line on our Keystone Avalanche. While attempting to back flush we had water spraying all over the place under shower and steps to bedroom areas got soaked. Found that an anti-siphoning valve that was located about 4 feet up in the wall behind shower and sliding door had fallen apart. Hell of a job to fix. Replaced it with a check valve.
