Welcome to the forum.
It would depend on what damage is found underneath the membrane. It also depends on what the going labor rate is in your area, but I would figure on at least $5,000.00

Patrick, the prices thrown around in the Fort Myers area for a 38' Landmark with no visible roof damage were in the $200 to $250 per foot. Our friend only shopped the bigger dealers, Northtrail, CW and La Mesa. As pointed out by Chuckster, there almost has to be some repair done when the roof is removed.

Membrane replacement isn't all that hard but it surely isn't easy. It is TIME CONSUMING, and you need a lot more than just the membrane. Does that "materials" include the glue, dicor sealant and membrane?

We coat commercial roofs for $3.00 sf, that’s labor, material and profit. You could use a silicone or acrylic product. Some products can be bought locally. You have to follow the manufacturer specs ie remove water beneath, clean , apply to correct mil thickness and the roof will never have to be replaced.

That's the route I took with mine two years ago. Lifetime roof.

This is one of the companies that do this. I took mine to an independent dealer in Warner Robbins, Georgia and saved a lot of money. The RV Roof Armor guys come to you so you're paying for their transportation. Either way, they're guaranteed for life. You won't have to pay $300-$400 a year to have it resealed either. Just wash it off once a year. IIRC I payed $1400 for my 39.5 foot Fuzion 405 Toy Hauler two years ago.

$1400 sounds like a good deal. How is it holding up?

Still looks like new when you wash it. And you only need car wash soap.

It looks like it went up a little or I just didn't remember how much I paid, but a good price anyway.
https://macon.craigslist.org/rvs/d/w...851126543.html
I remember now, he charged me the quoted price but since my RV was 39.5 feet long I had to pay for an extra 5 gallons of the coating. I believe that was another $250. He didn't charge anymore labor. he just wanted to be sure it would have a thick enough layer on it.
