Cougar 25BHSWE nose cap lights

[EDIT]: I believe the lights I am referring to are called "docking lights".

Hi everyone!

My wife and I are super proud owners of a new 2018 Cougar 25BHSWE. We've already gone for our first weekend camping in the trailer and we loved it, especially figuring out how (and if!) everything works.

Speaking about "how things work"... would anybody perhaps know how to turn on the two little forward-facing LED lamps on the nose cap that shine down onto the tongue jack? The tongue jack itself has a built in light that is turned on by a dedicated button on the jack's motor housing, but I can't seem to find a switch in the trailer that turns on the two lights built into the nose cap. And I've looked EVERYWHERE! The trailer's manual is of no help either.

Hopefully folks here can help me out, otherwise I'll probably have to call up the dealer.

Thanks folks!

Sometime that switch is in the Passthrough.

Believe me, I've looked all over and the only switch I can find in the pass-through storage up front is for a light that illuminates the inside of the storage compartment (one of those fancy movement detection units).

Someone else just had this problem and found the switch up under the front cap where the battery is nestled.

Do you have a remote? If you do it may have a function to turn them off and on until you find the switch if you need them.

Thank you for all these suggestions, everyone! I'll be sure to check them all out when next I head out to our trailer's storage facility. I did not even think of the remote control option, as our unit did not come with the fancy "Command" system (or whatever it's called). Perhaps there is a separate little remote that controls only these lights.

Just had the very same question on my brand new 2018 22RBSWE. Unlike some others which were located in the pass through storage area. My switch is on the cap in the battery cove above the batteries. You my also find that the command system turns them on.

In my Alpine I have to have the security lights turned on via the in-Command system and then there is a switch in an outside cabinet.
