Use my phone for pictures, regardless of how I turn the phone to snap the picture it's always correct in the gallery & ALWAYS sideways on here & ALWAYS correct in the post preview.

Picture help.
1. Edit your post
2. Save your crooked picture to your computer
3. Use your photo edit software to rotate the picture the desired way
4. Save the picture again, using same name
5. Upload the picture to the forum

It should now be oriented correctly. Good luck.

Didn't know you were a car guy too! It just dawned on me where you live. You may know my best friend from my Navy days. We worked on airplanes for the Navy and cars in our spare time. He got out and opened The Rear End Shops in Modesto, Santa Rosa, and Riverbank Ca. I think he just has the one in Santa Rosa now. But man did we build some cars back in the day! Dan Fraley is his name.

I think ctbruce's suggestion will solve your problem. Out of curiosity, what phone do you use? Apple and Android phones should include EXIF orientation.

Don’t know him personally, referred lots of customers to him. He did the BEST rear end work.

Old car PIXs

These pictures were taken at the American Legion post 137 at Jacksonville, FL. It’s a gated compound with 6 FHU sites and 2 W&E sites on the water. You have to be a member to stay there. To became a member you must have a DD-214.

The compound also has a dual, paved boat launching area with floating docks. It’s access is into the Cedar River with just a short transit to the St. Johns River.

The post has a fishing club and the guy with this beautiful old Caddy showed up for a day of fishing with his friends.

Our Everest can be seen in the background in picture #20247.

Computer illiterate, always use my Android phone to take/post pictures & text.
The only place my pictures turn sideways is when I post on here, in the gallery of my phone all the pictures are oriented correctly until I hit submit. I never know to rotate the pictures til they appear on the forum. Doesn't matter how I turn the phone to take the picture, they are good in the thagallery, but sideways here???

Maybe try uploading them with Tapatalk attachment. That is how I did the two above.... assuming they display properly to everyone else.

Yep, never had a problem using tapatalk.

If you up load and they come out sideways, then edit them, not before you post them.
