I don't understand why every forum, website, and facebook page has to discuss this over and over again. It's always the same conversation. Anybody that admits to driving over 65 regardless of tow vehicle, trailer, tires, gearing or fuel mileage is immediately crucified by the people that think it's too fast.
Drive whatever speed you're comfortable with and don't worry about what the other guy is doing.

Stay outta the hammer lane, let them pass, and enjoy your ride.

I haven’t seen anybody “crucified”. At least not here anyway.

Sorry, your post is so wrong in so many ways. "Drive whatever speed your comfortable with???" Lord knows there are so many folks that tow now that don't have a clue about safe driving, and have no clue what they should be comfortable at. Ignore the "idiots"? I think not. Many tow just like they would drive a Ferrari....not smart.

If a person doesn't have the common sense to follow safe, established towing protocols then yes, talk about them and don't act like it's "OK". There are so many RVs on the road being towed now, and I see so many virtually clueless on how to tow or what to tow with.....ignore it? Sorry. I figure I might start using a dash cam and camera to verify what is going on and calling the state police...….

DITTO!!!
There's a reason why it's being posted on all social media sites & forums, because it's become a big problem.
I'll say my last truck the sweet spot towing was at 1700 rpm which was about 68 mph, but in my defense I've been towing trailers of all sorts for over 40 years so it's not new to me, but to give a person new to towing a RV permission to just hammer down without care is VERY irresponsible.
DW & I were just discussing getting a dashcam just for CYA with all the idiots on the highway nowadays & folks on the media saying " go for it, who cares about the other guy".
