Hitch question

I have a Reese hitch that is about 13 months old. It is a double jaw hitch. Each side meet around pin. Question is, I noticed tonight right right side of jaw has some play. I can move it up and down some and little left to right. Is this normal? May have been this way all along. Don’t know. Main thing, is this safe or do I have a real issue here? Did a video but can’t post it. Heading out on a week long trip end of month. Sure don’t want camper to come unhitched.
