Laredo 265 RL wastes tanks issues

Hello just purchased this rv laredo 265 rl 2012 and my T handle for the black tank is now not closing and the gray tank when i open the valve their is a leak of water coming out under the rv. How can i fix that? Is it easy to access these valve and change it. And the ultimate question is there a service manual for the rv and where can we get it.

The valve can be replaced relatively easily, but maybe messy. Over the years the valves just wear out,

Welcome to the forum

More often than not it’s the seals that fail, not the valve itself. You can get new seals and disassemble the valve to replace them. There are 2 different brands and the seals are not interchangeable.

You can find old owners manuals on keystone’s website. But those are not service manuals like you might desire. Those are not ever released, to my knowledge.
