NXG Chassis -- GOOD, BAD, UGLY?

Good morning.

Look over the documentation I get with the trailer and canvasing OEM websites, I see the OUTBACK 330RL has the NXG frame. From what I read, it is supposed to be a strong, light weight alternative to the welded chassis and the hulk bolts are supposed to be better and stronger.

Just wondering if anyone has noticed any flex especially in the tongue or other load bearing points along the chassis? How about when you deploy the auto leveling system?

I really haven't noticed much flex really, looking at it from the side. When all leveled and support jacks down with JT Strongarms lock down, I do notice a lot of shake and movement. Never had this kind of movement in my Jayco which had welded I beam frame. I will pay extra attention in a few weeks when we take our final trip to the lake this year.
