Tent Ends Question

Has anyone had issues with their tent ends leaking after being out in a heavy rain or when it rains for a few days. We are planning a summer trip and will be out for 18 nights and want to know what we can do if we run into this problem. We have a Passport 145exp.

Thank you!

Never had any problems with the ends leaking. If you are concerned buy some poly tarps and use them if the tent ends should ever start to leak.

Never had any leaks with our old hybrid. The only "issue" we ever had with the tent ends was condensation when camping in cold weather. It would get so heavy it dripped off.

Can you provide more info on where it's getting wet? I had a Hybrid prior to this camper and it never leaked except when the ends were closed and water got past the seals.

I read it as they do not have a leak but are looking for ideas if they should get one will camping. Thus my idea about a couple of tarps in case.

The key is not to touch the ends when it is raining and not to have anything pushed up against the sides if it rains. If the rain is real heavy for awhile, like said earlier, us a tarp on the ends.
