Tankless Water Heater Issue

I am looking for some help on my Girard Tankless Water Heater Model GSWH-2 for my 2022 Keystone Fuzion 373. We just took it out on our first trip and the CUP won't turn on. I check the breakers and fuses band nothing seams to be blown. I confirmed that the heat switch on the outside was on the on position. I'm getting 5amps to the back of the CUP.

I saw a video of pushing the reset button, but I can not find were this one is at on this model.

Any idea?

I had to google "girard CUP" to figure out what you were talking about...the control panel. I am not familiar with Girard units. Looking at the pics on the website - seems like a reset button would be somewhere around that CPU box on the front of the unit - not on the control panel. If the control panel is like others - there are only 2 wires going to it (two blue wires in screen shot below). Sound like it is not getting any power from the CPU...a reset button on the control panel with no power would do you no good. I would call Lippert.

Edit: The screen shot is from an installation video in an older travel trailer and the blue control wires are tied to the existing control wiring with wire nuts. Also - when you turn the unit "on" - do you get the red LED indicator light? If not - then power is not getting to your control panel. I think the "reset button may be the same as the "power" button.

UPDATE: I ended up calling a Mobile RV Tech and they were able to find a faulty connection. Issue has been fixed.

All what they did was remove and re-insert the connection on the control board. I did the same thing, but I guess he had the magic touch.
