Cougar Slide

Hi, We have a 2011 Cougar 326 MKS, new to us last Apr. The large slide (curb-side) goes in and out fine, but I am noticing wear on the carpet, can this be adjusted to not rub so much?

I was looking under the slide and also noticed that the "jack shaft" seems to be rubbing on the frame, once the slide reaches 2/3 to fully extended. I don't see anywhere this can be adjusted. Could the square tubing (rails??) for the slide be bent. When the slide is moving there are no weird or strange sounds, I used the remote while sitting under there to watch it. Thanks in advance, Dan
